Job Description
Milking Position (will train): Shifts are 6 to 6.5 hours long; 4:30 am - 10:30 am...mornings or 4:30 pm - 10:30 pm for evening shift on our 430 cow dairy. We will train our protocols and you would work with others in the parlor. Part time (2-3 shifts) initially AND can lead to full time if desired. The shifts are Monday through Sunday..... We rotate and mornings/ nights/weekends/holiday are part of the job. Pay Incentive ($'s add up) are added with no calls offs during the month. Worth your while!! Simple IRA's offered after 1 yr service whether part time or full time. A nice plus! Holidays are paid at time and one half (if) scheduled to work. Also, personal paid time off after one year of service as well. We are drug free work place. We require valid drivers license and your own transportation please.
