Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide driving/transportation services, including (but not limited to): shuttle services, artist transport, pickup and delivery of mail, packages, other materials; and returns to local stores. Driving OSF Fleet vehicles to transport guests, employees, or fixtures and furnishings is a requirement of the position which may require weekend and evening work, or after-hours requests for assistance. While driving, employees must follow all traffic laws including but not limited to: Posted Speed Limits, Signal Lights, Signs, Designated Airport Rules, Cell Phone Rules, Intoxication Rules, and others. Follow OSF policies and procedures regarding vehicle key, cleaning, maintenance, fueling and storage. Arrange, pick up, and drop off rental vehicles for members of OSF Staff. Maintain professional dress and demeanor. Assist in the daily duties of the car-share program including but not limited to fulfilling bookings, conducting training sessions, refueling and washing vehicles, and other duties as assigned. Monitor OSF email and Microsoft Teams messages. Participate in General & Company Management and company-wide meetings and training sessions. Other duties as assigned by Company Manager.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
Work Experience:
Hospitality or other guest/customer service experience. Background in theatre or live entertainment is a plus. Skills, Abilities, and/or
Knowledge:
Must be of legal age to drive rental vehicles. Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean Motor Vehicles Record (MVR). Strong communication skills and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Willing to learn the Rogue Valley Area.

Dependability Reporting skills Ability to work independently & manage your own time Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a positive manner with company members, managers, co-workers, and vendors from diverse backgrounds Working effectively with a variety of different stakeholders with varying needs and temperaments Ability to safely drive in snow and other inclement conditions. Basic computer skills (use of email, online ordering, Word and Excel).
Physical Ability:
Driving a motorized vehicle is a requirement. All weather conditions and low visibility driving is a requirement. Frequently climb stairs, travel within the Rogue Valley Area. Occasionally climb straight ladders and kneel, crouch, stoop, and crawl. Regularly lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
Hours Requirements:
0-19 hours/week •This position has a highly variable schedule, and a wide variety of weekday/weekend, early morning, and late-night work will be required.
