Plan optimal routes using GPS navigation systems and navigation software to ensure punctuality and efficiency. Assist passengers with their baggage, ensuring smooth boarding and disembarking processes while prioritizing passenger safety at all times. Maintain cleanliness and perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure optimal functioning; report any mechanical issues promptly. Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, company policies, and safety protocols during all driving activities. Communicate professionally with clients and team members to confirm schedules, provide updates, or address any concerns during transit. Support logistical operations such as delivery runs or shuttle services as required, demonstrating flexibility in various driving roles. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, chauffeur services, shuttle driving, or delivery roles with a focus on passenger safety. Strong knowledge of local driving routes, traffic laws, and navigation systems to ensure efficient travel. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds. Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting minor issues. Experience handling luxury or limousine vehicles with care and professionalism. Ability to operate different types of vehicles including buses, vans, school buses, or box trucks as needed. Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and navigation software to optimize routes in real-time.
