RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
- + Must have a Master degree in human services AND 1 year experience working with people with serious mental illness diagnoses
- OR•Bachelor degree in human services AND 3 years of experience working with people with serious mental illness diagnoses + Must pass a bi-annual physical + Pre-employment drug testing + Must have a valid PA driver's license and be able to drive an organization automobile/15-passenger van + Must have Act 33/34/73 Clearances upon hire •

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Our Non-Licensed Clinician provides recovery-oriented support to individuals with Serious Mental Illness transitioning from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization to our program before reintegrating back to community living situations.
We're looking for people who have experience developing and mentoring a team, who believe in a strengths-based approach, and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities. The Extended Acute Care is a licensed, 16-bed temporary residential treatment program located in Glen Hazel .
