This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the vital link between businesses and their customers by ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of goods. As a Sprinter Van Driver, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service while navigating routes efficiently and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy driving, this position is perfect for you! Duties Safely operate Sprinter vans to deliver packages and goods to various locations, ensuring timely arrivals. Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment as needed. Utilize your mobile device for navigation and delivery instructions. Adhere strictly to traffic laws, DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, and safety protocols during all driving activities. Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly. Pickup returns as needed Maintain accurate pictures of product, pickup CODs, and get paperwork signed. Be a team player. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving manual handling and heavy lifting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of route planning, traffic regulations. Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities.
