Responsibilities Safely escort oversized equipment or vehicles through designated routes, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines Coordinate with team members to plan optimal routes and timing for escort operations Communicate clearly with clients, drivers, and team members to provide updates and instructions during escort procedures Monitor surroundings continuously for hazards, obstructions, or safety concerns and respond promptly Assist with securing oversized items during transit or temporary stops as needed Maintain detailed logs of escort activities, incidents, and route information for reporting purposes Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to mandated reporting laws Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Knowledge of childhood development principles and experience caring for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers Strong teaching skills with the ability to plan engaging activities tailored for children's developmental stages Certified in First Aid and CPR; ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Proven experience in child supervision, childcare, babysitting, or nannying across different age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Ability to communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child care routines and progress Classroom experience or daycare background demonstrating behavior management skills and activity planning for young children Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations in childcare settings Experience in youth programs teaching or early childhood education environments is a plus Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us in creating a safe environment where safety meets exceptional service!
