Job Description

A personal driver for a CEO provides safe, discreet, and reliable transportation, manages travel routes, and maintains the executive vehicle.
Key Responsibilities Safe Transport:
Drive the CEO to meetings, airports, and events safely and on time.
Route Planning:
Check traffic and map out the fastest paths.
Vehicle Care:
Keep the car clean, filled with gas, and scheduled for routine service.
Total Discretion:
Keep all conversations, schedules, and locations completely private.
Errand Support:
Handle light tasks like dropping off mail or picking up items as requested.
Requirements and Skills Clean Record:
Hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
Experience:
Proven history of driving luxury or executive vehicles.
Professional Etiquette:
Dress in a professional manner and show strong communication skills.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work odd hours and adapt to changing schedules.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience as a driver preferred but not required
  • Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
  • Ability to navigate using Waze GPS or maps
  • Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift heavy objects if required for loading/unloading
  • Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance is a plus

Anticipate road hazards to prevent accidents proactively.
Navigation Mastery:
Navigate smoothly using both GPS tools and local road knowledge.
Smooth Operation:
Accelerate, brake, and turn gently to maintain executive comfort.
Bad Weather Handling:
Drive confidently and safely through rain, snow, and fog.
Punctual Arrival:
Manage time efficiently to guarantee the CEO arrives early.
