Job Description

Perform all duties of a lifeguard. Oversee accurate completion of all location level paperwork. Ensure operation meets the company standards for quality, service, safety, and financial efficiency. Ensure compliance with all park and department operational and safety policies and procedures. Train and sign off line level employees Develop, motivate, and coach line level employees Must be able and willing to ride attractions daily. Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner. Satisfies Wild Adventures standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time. "Create Memories Worth Repeating" for our guests by exceeding expectations. Performs other duties as assigned.
