We are seeking someone who is passionate about diving, takes pride in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment, and has strong knowledge of the local dive sites and conditions. Responsibilities Lead and assist recreational dive trips while prioritizing guest safety and enjoyment. Conduct thorough dive briefings, including site-specific information, conditions, hazards, and emergency procedures. Assist the captain and dive team with safe and efficient boat operations and dive preparation. Monitor divers before, during, and after dives and respond appropriately to changing conditions. Help guests with equipment setup, entries and exits, and general dive-related needs. Maintain and inspect dive equipment and report any safety or equipment concerns. Provide knowledgeable information about South Florida's reefs, wrecks, marine life, and local dive sites. Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable diving and maritime regulations. Assist with general boat and dock duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum Divemaster certification from a recognized scuba training agency. Strong understanding of South Florida diving, including local reefs, wrecks, currents, visibility, weather, and seasonal conditions. Safety-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in changing conditions.
