Job Summary Join our team as a Pool Mechanic and become a vital part of maintaining safe, clean, and operational facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of pool systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing routine maintenance to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. Your expertise will help uphold the highest standards of water quality, safety, and facility reliability, making a splash in the community every day! Duties Inspect and troubleshoot pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and other equipment to ensure optimal operation. Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning filters, balancing pool chemistry, and inspecting water treatment chemical levels. Repair or replace faulty pool equipment using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely. Handle water treatment chemicals responsibly, adhering to safety protocols for chemical agent handling and water chemistry balancing. Conduct regular pool cleaning activities such as skimming debris, vacuuming floors, and maintaining water clarity. Operate company vehicles to transport tools, supplies, or equipment to various outdoor aquatic facilities. Document maintenance activities, repairs, chemical levels, and safety inspections accurately for record-keeping purposes. Qualifications Proven experience with pool maintenance and aquatic facility operations is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pool equipment issues effectively. Knowledge of pool plumbing systems and water treatment chemical handling procedures. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions is a plus. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and facility visitors. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles required. (Clean driving record, No history of DUIs or Felonies) Familiarity with pool chemistry balancing, equipment repair, and routine maintenance protocols is essential.
