• Responsibilities & Requirements What You'll Do:

• Prepare, stock, and inspect vessels prior to daily departures
• Maintain vessel cleanliness and restock supplies
• Provide outstanding guest service while ensuring passenger safety
• Deliver engaging narration on local history, marine life, and area highlights
• Assist with docking and line handling
• Set up and operate onboard bar service, including ID verification and responsible alcohol service
• Support all onboard operations to ensure a safe and memorable experience

Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Responsible Alcohol Service Training (provided by Fury)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older (Florida alcohol service requirement)
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in outdoor marine conditions Parasail Crew

Responsibilities & Requirements What You'll Do:

Help create safe, unforgettable parasailing experiences by preparing guests, explaining safety procedures, and assisting the Captain throughout each trip. Ensure guest safety from start to finish by properly fitting harnesses, monitoring guests during flight, answering questions, and remaining calm during changing conditions or emergencies. Prepare and maintain parasail equipment by setting up chutes, harnesses, life jackets, and keeping the boat and gear clean, organized, and trip-ready. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, helping guests board and disembark safely, and ensuring every guest has an enjoyable experience. Work as part of a professional crew by assisting with daily boat operations, loading supplies, communicating with the Captain, and supporting efficient trip operations. Requirements Comfort working on the water and at heights. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Must obtain or maintain CPR/First Aid and company-required certifications.
