Job Description

Sailboat Mate Job Description FishMonster and Island Jane Charters is looking for a mate for our snorkeling/sailing excursions and sunset sails aboard our 54' sail boat. Must have sailing experience, love working with people and already live in the Keys. Full time. Fun working environment and great pay.

Duties include:

Assisting captain with sailing the boat, serving drinks to customers, helping them with snorkel gear and getting in and out of the water. You should enjoy meeting people an customer service. Also stocking boat inventory and cleaning up after trips and helping to maintain boat. Pay is per trip and you will also get tips.

Please note:

You MUST have sailing experience and already live in the Florida Keys to be considered. Please be specific in answering the questions.
