About the role Crazy Gator Airboat Tours is hiring a part-time Airboat Captain in St. Cloud, Florida. Pay starts at $20 per hour and will be based on experience. Responsibilities Safely operate airboats for guided tour experiences. Deliver a professional, welcoming, and safety-focused experience for guests. Conduct pre-trip safety checks and follow all applicable boating, safety, and regulatory requirements. Monitor weather and water conditions and make sound safety decisions. Keep the vessel ready for daily operation and communicate effectively with the team. Required qualifications Valid captain's license. At least 3 years of experience as a licensed captain. Strong airboat-handling and vessel-safety skills. Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented. We're looking for an experienced captain who puts safety first and enjoys helping guests have a memorable time on the water.
