Job Purpose Advance American Honda Marine business objectives in the Caribbean and Central America through effective direct sales leadership and end-to-end service, warranty, training, and technical support for the Caribbean and Central American region. Key Accountabilities Drive the sale of Marine products and CBU products throughout the authorized Distributor network in the assigned territory. Identify and maintain an effective Distributor network. Assist Distributors in maximizing the effectiveness of marketing Honda Power Equipment, Engines, and Marine products. Ensure correct matching of Marine engines and accessories to new and repowered boats. Support QIC and submit field quality reports as necessary to maintain a high level of product integrity in the market. Provide Distributor support including promotions, product shows, company trade show displays, and promotional product tests. Support Seihan functions specific to CCA including Tanki, N-5, and sales planning. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bilingual required. Fluent in English and Spanish. Minimum Experience Minimum 5 years of product technical experience in Marine products. Hands-on knowledge of Marine rigging and troubleshooting. Other Job-Specific Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). SAP and Fieldlink experience preferred. Understanding of the Caribbean and Central America markets. Moderate to heavy mechanical comprehension. Ability to use and understand measuring equipment and general hand tools. Position is based in the AHM Alpharetta office. International travel is required.
