Job DescriptionFleet Deckhand - ADM /

Full-Time PositionPay:
$235/per day
Schedule:
12-hour rotating shift (days and nights). You will work 5 days on day shift, 5 days on night shift and 5 days off. This includes weekends, holidays, and overtime may be available dependent on business need. (Shifts are 4am-4pm and 4pm-4am or 5am-5pm and 5pm-5am). Subject to change.

What You'll DoBuild tow and handle rigging during operationsPrepare barges for customer delivery (securing lines/covers, inspections)Support maintenance, cleaning, and barge prep crewsPerform general housekeeping: washing, scraping, painting, sweepingFollow all safety rules and report hazards or incidentsHelp complete vessel and safety documentationWork as part of a small crew to keep fleet operations moving safelyWhat We're Looking ForMarine or deckhand experience preferred (not required). Entry level welcome!

Reliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work flexible schedules including overnights, weekends, OT if availableComfort working outdoors year-round near water and heavy equipmentAble to lift heavy materials and work on uneven surfacesSafety-focused and team-orientedProlonged periods of kneeling, bending and climbing stairs/laddersAbility to work near or on large bodies of water, at various heights and in confined spacesReading and writing skills at a basic functional level to perform essential job functionsAbility to pass DOT drug screening Must obtain and maintain a TWIC cardEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment requirements, including a background screening, physical examination, drug testing, and applicable DOT medical certification requirements.
