PeopleReady Skilled Trades - Marine Division is hiring a MA Licensed Travel Lift Operator. TEMP to Hire Opportunity. Pay $30-45/hour

DOE Required Experience/License-Certifications:

Physical Capability:

Sustained outdoor labor in all weather; must lift 50+ lbs. and work comfortably aloft and in confined vessel spaces.

Equipment Operation:

Experience with hydraulic boat trailers and yard equipment. Massachusetts Hoisting License 3A or 1

A Marine Trades:

2-3 years of boatyard experience preferred. Breadth across painting, varnishing, rigging, shrink wrap, and vessel handling valued over single-trade depth.

Seamanship:

Basic boat handling required for sea trials, mooring work, and dock towing.

Reliability:

Proven ability to follow written and verbal direction across multiple departments, meet deadlines, and maintain a clean workspace.

Record-Keeping:

Comfort with routine inspection logs and environmental compliance documentation a plus.
