Duties Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, and docking procedures to ensure seamless marina flow Perform routine inspections of marina facilities, docks, and equipment to uphold safety standards Assist with rigging operations, including securing boats and preparing vessels for launch or storage Conduct basic mechanical maintenance on marina equipment such as lifts, cranes, and mooring systems Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of all marina areas Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety awareness Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and assisting clients Energetic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and operational efficiency Join us in delivering an exceptional marina experience by ensuring operational excellence through your expertise!
