About Us:

Rollingview Marina is located on beautiful Falls Lake. We offer a wide range of boating services, including boat rentals, docking facilities, and exceptional customer service to water enthusiasts. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Dock Attendants to join our team and help us provide a memorable experience for our customers. As a Dock Attendant at Rollingview Marina, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marina during the busy summer season. You will be responsible for assisting customers with boat rentals, fueling operations, ensuring the safety of vessels and guests, and providing exceptional service to all marina visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers with boat rentals and return procedures. Provide information about boat options, safety guidelines, and local attractions. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. 2.

Boat Safety:

Inspect and prepare rental boats for customers, ensuring they are in proper working condition and adequately equipped. Instruct customers on safety procedures and ensure they are familiar with life-saving equipment. Monitor dock activity to maintain safety and compliance with marina rules. 3.

Maintenance and Repairs:

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to the docks. Perform basic maintenance and clean rental boats daily. Report any issues with rental boats or fueling equipment to the appropriate staff for repair and maintenance. 4.

Dock Operations:

Assist with boat docking and launching, helping customers secure their vessels safely. Manage boat traffic, ensuring efficient use of available dock spaces. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the docks and surrounding areas. 5.

Fueling Operations:

Assist customers with fueling their vessels at the gas pumps on the docks.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of boating safety and experience with boats is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:

Hours that will include weekends. Part-time and full-time positions may be available.
