Overview Join our clients dynamic team as a Boat Patcher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and restoring boats to ensure optimal performance and safety. As a Boat Patcher, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, executing repairs, and performing routine maintenance on boats and related systems, contributing to the seamless operation of watercraft in diverse environments.

Qualifications:

AS degree in autobody or an equivalent discipline preferred Prior boating experience required Previous experience working in a factory setting Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for patching fiberglass Knowledge of proper use of tools required for patch work Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds

Primary Responsibilities:

Follow all SOPs for rework tasks accurately Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently Promptly inform supervision of any safety, quality, or production issues Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times Sign off on quality documentation upon completion of work Pay is DOE and benefits start your first day.
