Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Driving Range Assistant, where you'll be the welcoming face and energetic support for our outdoor Trackman driving range. This role is perfect for someone who loves technology, knows golf simulators, love engaging with guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience, and maintaining the highest standards of service. As a Driving Range Assistant, you'll oversee daily operations, assist visitors with equipment and lessons, and uphold safety protocols to create a fun, friendly environment for golfers of all skill levels. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and memorable moments. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through range operations Assist with equipment setup, including club rentals and ball dispensers, ensuring smooth flow of activity Manage cash handling and processing transactions accurately through POS systems while maintaining security protocols Oversee safety procedures, including manual handling of heavy equipment and enforcing safety guidelines for outdoor work Support event management efforts such as tournaments or group outings by coordinating logistics and guest services Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the driving range area, including equipment storage and safety signage Experience Previous experience in golf simulators, outdoor work environments or sports venues is highly desirable Background in retail sales or hospitality to deliver top-tier guest services Familiarity with event venue management or organizing group activities enhances your effectiveness in this role Experience working with children or in food service settings adds value to engaging diverse guests Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and POS system operation is essential Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or safety protocol training are advantageous for ensuring guest safety Demonstrated ability to handle manual tasks like heavy lifting and processing cash transactions confidently This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for sports, customer service excellence, and outdoor work.
