Delivery Driver Stillwater Lubricants LLC Anchorage, AK Job Details Full-time $25 - $34 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications CDL B Record keeping Outdoor work Basic math DOT Physical Certification Freight Hours of Service (HOS) regulations Full Job Description Overview The primary responsibility of the Delivery Driver is to make timely and accurate deliveries of bulk and packaged products to client facilities as specified by daily delivery schedules. The delivery schedule will adhere to State and Federal regulations while maintaining company safety standards. The Delivery Driver is also responsible for maintaining client relationships, where applicable, and provide leads to the sales force as they arise. The Delivery Driver ensures clients are serviced and all decisions are made with a level of excellence that best represents our company's core values Responsibilities Adhere to delivery schedules set forth by dispatch Perform daily Pre and Post Trip of the tanker, and report mechanical issues to Operations immediately. Complete physical dip of tanks at the beginning and end of each delivery to verify accurate inventory and safety levels Maintain accurate delivery and purchase detail, and record on daily log sheet from stop to stop Communicate with management and dispatch on client issues or safety concerns Maintain relationship with office personnel and respond to questions in a timely manner Return daily log Sheet and delivery receipts upon the completion of each shift

IMMEDIATELY

Report all spills to dispatch and your immediate supervisor. Conduct site surveys for lubricant storage, tank access, delivery conditions, containment needs, product handling, and related client-site requirements as requested. Support lead generation by identifying client need sand potential account expansion opportunities during deliveries and site surveys Assist Warehouse team with pulling products for next day deliveries Demonstrate an understanding of the principles and values of the Stillwater family of companies. Skills Valid Class A or B CDL, with a current medical card (Preferred certification in both manual and auto transmission) A minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience is preferred by not required. Must have the ability to read, write and perform simple mathematical calculations with mental ability to handle receipts; read maps, road signs, maintain record of duty status, etc. Must have working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems. Must have knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection and maintenance. Must be available for around the clock trips to accommodate freight movements and must be available for irregular shifts. Must meet or exceed the medical standards of the US Dept. of Transportation Must satisfactorily pass a drug test. Must satisfactorily pass an alcohol test (if applicable) Must pass a background check. Must be able to obtain a TWIC card. Physical & Mental Demands Outside weather conditions including extreme cold Regularly required to talk and hear Very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing Lift and/or move items over 50 pounds Vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

$25.00 - $34.00 per hour
