Anchorage, AK Pay:

$26hr + $1,000 sign on bonus after 30 days & $1,000 after a year A long-standing Alaska retail organization is actively hiring Warehouse and Delivery Team Members to support furniture distribution and customer delivery operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants long-term career stability with a company that promotes from within. This team plays a key role in warehouse operations, delivery preparation, inventory movement, customer pickups, and safe transportation of merchandise throughout the Anchorage area.

What You'll Do:

Receive, organize, transfer, and pick merchandise within the warehouse Prepare furniture and merchandise for delivery Assist customers with merchandise pickups and load-outs Safely operate company trucks and warehouse equipment Load and unload large furniture items Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors Follow company safety procedures and operational processes Support inventory control and delivery preparation functions

What We're Looking For:

Must be at least 21 years old

AK REAL ID

drivers license 3+ years clean driving record Ability to pass DOT health screening Ability to consistently lift 100-150 lbs Comfortable bending, lifting, reaching, and standing throughout the shift Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to safely operate warehouse tools and equipment Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Must pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening
