Job Description

Cape Fox Lodge is seeking Part Time professional drivers to operate the Lodge van shuttle. The Van Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests to and from their desired destination and assisting them with luggage and fish boxes as within the hotel policies and rules. This can include airport transfers, pickups from various Cape Fox Corporation owned establishments, and other transfers within approved driving areas. The safety of Cape Fox guests and the workplace is a top priority. Qualified applicants must be free from influence of drugs or alcohol during the workday and are subject to drug testing. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organization specific policies, procedures, and practices.
Duties Include:
Responsible for the vehicles and ensure that maintenance is regularly performed Must ensure vehicle is always clean Safely providing guest transportation utilizing excellent customer service Report all accidents, injuries, unsafe working conditions, and damages Must be able to use maps and other devices for navigating transfers Must be knowledgeable of surrounding area and be able to find places and make stops in a reasonable timely manner Must follow all state laws while operating vehicles and ensure all pertinent insurance and other driving related documents are up to date and visible Job Requirements A valid Driver's License issued by your State of residency Clean driving record/experience Ability to regularly lift anywhere between 5-100 lbs. Regularly required to use hands, arms, sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch etc. High school diploma or equivalent Excellent personal hygiene Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English Must possess excellent customer service skills Must be free from influence of drugs and alcohol Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
