Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles, including manual transmission models, to complete deliveries along designated routes Load and unload goods using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring items are handled with care and precision Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns Verify delivery orders, ensure accuracy of shipments, and obtain signatures upon receipt Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, conducting routine inspections before and after each shift Follow all traffic laws and company policies to promote safe driving practices at all times Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, organizing stock, and supporting team members as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving familiarity Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly, demonstrating physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and moving tasks Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us as a Delivery Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
