Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a Delivery/Warehouse Associate. Our mission is to provide superior customer service beyond expectation. A huge part of our operation is in the delivery. Our drivers provide that little extra convenience and service to all customers. This is not a desk job, as a typical day will have you on your feet the majority of the time and regularly lifting around or over 100 lbs. This position will be Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. Responsibilities Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and documenting any issues encountered during Delivery. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Assist with warehouse duties, including inventory management, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean work environment. Ability to take direction from Management as well as work as a valuable team member Experience Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred/not required. Valid Driver's License is Required. Strong customer service skills are necessary for effective communication with clients during deliveries. Depending on experience, pay per hour is negotiable.
