Mattress Warehouse is seeking a reliable Final Mile Driver to deliver mattresses and sleep products directly to customers' homes from our Frederick, MD area operations. In this role, you'll safely load, secure, transport, and unload products while providing courteous, in-home delivery and setup of beds, frames, and accessories. You'll verify orders, collect signatures, and maintain delivery documentation. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicle to complete final-mile mattress deliveries Load, secure, transport, and unload mattresses and related products Assemble and set up beds, frames, and accessories in customers' homes Provide professional, courteous customer service at every stop Verify orders, obtain signatures, and complete delivery documentation Inspect vehicle and equipment, reporting maintenance or safety issues Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies and procedures Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to resolve delivery issues Required Skills Box truck driving Route navigation/GPS use Load securement In-home delivery and setup Basic furniture assembly Customer service Order verification and documentation Vehicle safety inspection Time management Basic handheld/device use
