Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and company policies. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Communicate clearly with clients upon delivery, answer questions, and address any concerns professionally. Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and proper functioning. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery records for accountability. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of route planning, navigation tools, and traffic laws. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination. Basic math skills for pricing calculations, measurements, and inventory management. Organizational skills to manage schedules, deliveries, and paperwork efficiently. Customer relationship building abilities to foster trust and repeat business. Familiarity with DOT regulations ensures compliance during all phases of transportation.
