Full Job Description Summary:

The Delivery Driver is responsible for communicating with dispatch and customers about deliveries. Job Duties Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading and unloading a truck Communicating with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveries Meeting delivery deadlines Performing basic truck maintenance Loading and unloading product mostly door units and windows Tracking shipments and deliveries Obtaining customer signatures Taking pictures of delivery sites Back up duties for others Perform other duties as requested Job Qualifications Knowledge of how to handle materials safely Familiarity with using navigation systems Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination to stay safe while driving Physical ability to load and unload heavy cargo Experience with delivering DOT Health Card Physical Requirements Ability to lift 80lbs Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
