Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time or Part-time Delivery Driver! PAL Legacy Logistics is hiring dependable delivery drivers for Amazon package delivery routes. This is a stable, opportunity with consistent hours and benefits. Enjoy weekly incentives, gifted hours, and opportunities for supervisory roles. Responsibilities Successfully handle and deliver packages on time Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/ conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license in Arkansas Authorized to work in the U.S. Pass a pre-employment drug test Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, go up and down steps multiple times daily Reliable and safety-focused Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for safe driving. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Pay:
