D&C White Logistics is a FedEx Ground independent service provider operating out of Fort Smith/Barling and is looking to hire several pickup/delivery drivers for our routes around the River Valley. In this position you will be a FedEx delivery driver making deliveries and pick-ups at businesses and residential addresses. As a Fedex delivery driver your day begins at the terminal where the packages are sorted for delivery. After loading is complete you will dispatch to your route making deliveries and pick-ups, and return to the terminal when the route is finished. Of course every day is different, but generally our drivers are back to the terminal between 4 and 6 pm, however we must deliver all packages every day so there is not a set end time for the work day. Monthly Safety bonus Medical/dental/vision insurance available after 90 days. Paid vacation and 401k available after 1 year. Minimum Requirements:

Delivery drivers must be at least 21 years of age All candidates will undergo a drug screen and and must pass a DOT physical All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background and driving record check Must be able to handle and deliver packages weighing up to 150lbs with the help of a dolly. Available to work Saturdays and Mondays Available to work your full shift each day - routes are run until complete. 1 year of previous driving experience preferred. Non-CDL Able to learn to safely drive a box truck including the ability to back into loading docks, driveways and other tight spaces without damaging the vehicle or customers property. Summary As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages while providing excellent customer service. Your core skills in delivery driving and heavy lifting will be essential as you navigate routes using a box truck. You will report to the Delivery Supervisor and work collaboratively with the logistics team to maintain efficiency. Your experience in commercial driving and familiarity with warehouse operations will enhance your ability to load and unload packages effectively.
