The Delivery Associate is the most valued position within our team focused environment. Delivery drivers are responsible for making Amazon package deliveries to homes, apartments and businesses as assigned in a company provided vehicle. This job is driven for individuals with a great attitude! As a Delivery Associate it will be necessary to think on your feet to make successful deliveries, while maintaining focus on providing excellent customer service. Includes weekdays, weekends & holidays We operate 7 days a week, 361 days a year Must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays 10 hour shifts

Typical Daily Agenda:

Arrive at distribution facility by the required time to receive your van assignment Attend the morning stand up meeting to discuss areas of focus Receive route assignment, keys, tools and delivery smartphone/GPS device Device is loaded with pre-determined route and delivery estimates for each delivery Perform a pre-trip vehicle inspection, thoroughly checking the van for damage Deliver up to 300+ packages in a quick even pace Be on your feet 10 hours per day Climb in and out of the van for each delivery Follow all delivery instructions listed by the customer Help fellow team members as needed Return van to station after refueling Remove all trash and debris from van Perform post trip inspection noting any required maintenance items Return smartphone/GPS scanner device, tools and keys Debrief Qualifications and Skills Represent the team with a positive and service-oriented attitude Excellent customer service skills Effective communication History of excellent attendance Highly adaptable in a fast-paced dynamic environment Goal-oriented with the ability to problem solve to meet targets Hold entrusted cargo, vehicle and equipment with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability Delivery driving experience Preferred, such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Lyft, Uber, Pizza Requirements Clean Motor vehicle record Must pass drug screening Must be at least 21 years of age Valid AZ driver's license Fluent in English Ability to handle the walking, lifting, bending, stair climbing and stooping required to perform the job Ability to lift and carry up to 70lbs without assistance Must be tech savvy and able to operate a smartphone/GPS device with scanner and team applications Must observe all traffic rules and company safety policies at all times Must work 10 hour shifts Includes weekends and holidays Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays Must be available to work on a call-in basis for additional shifts We offer Flexible schedules Medical Dental Vision Paid Time Off L3Logistics is an equal opportunity employer.
