Job Overview Seeking a driver to deliver small auto parts around the Inland Empire area . Typically you will be working from 20-40 hours a week with Sundays +1 day out of the week off. Open availability Monday - Saturday from 7am - 5pm? Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload items using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary. Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing fuel consumption. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures upon delivery. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including heavy lifting and moving items within the facility. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with route driving, commercial driving, or courier services is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
