Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM PST The Delivery Driver & Installation Specialist is responsible for the safe transport, delivery, and professional installation of high-end rugs in residential and commercial settings. This role is client-facing and requires attention to detail, care in handling luxury goods, and adherence to premium service standards while on-site. In addition to delivery and installation duties, the position supports warehouse and shipping operations as needed, including packing, staging, and preparing rugs for transport. Qualifications Prior experience in rug, furniture, art, or luxury goods installation preferred. Knowledge of proper handling, placement, and installation techniques for delicate, oversized, or specialty items. Demonstrated attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards. Ability to safely handle high-value, delicate, and oversized rugs. Excellent spatial awareness and measuring skills. Professional demeanor and strong customer-service skills, especially in residential and luxury client settings. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Shipping and warehouse experience is an asset. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items up to 100 lbs. with assistance when required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Driving & Installation Safely operate company vehicles to transport high-value goods to residential and commercial locations. Load, secure, and unload items to ensure safe transport and prevent damage. Perform on-site delivery, placement, and installation of products in accordance with client specifications and company standards. Conduct quality control inspections before departure and upon completion of installation. Measure spaces and confirm placement to achieve proper fit, function, and visual alignment. Handle delicate, oversized, and high-value items using approved tools, techniques, and protective materials. Perform basic on-site adjustments, setup, or repositioning as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and client-focused demeanor in high-end environments. Follow all safety regulations, including DOT requirements and company safety policies. Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper working condition.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Shipping & Warehouse Support Pack, wrap, label, and prepare rugs for domestic and international shipment. Assist with receiving incoming inventory and verifying shipments for accuracy and condition. Maintain organized storage and proper handling of inventory within the warehouse. Support loading and unloading of delivery vehicles. Follow all safety, handling, and quality-control procedures.
