This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, communicating with a team, solving problems, and making sure things get done the right way and on time. The ideal candidate will travel between Parlor Doughnuts locations as needed using a transport van, help prepare stores for opening, and step in wherever support is needed to ensure each shop is set up and operating smoothly. What You'll Do Drive between Parlor Doughnuts locations to fulfill inventory needs and operational support where needed. Help open stores and ensure they are fully prepared for the day. Work early morning shifts when needed to make sure stores are set up and ready for customers. Assist store teams with daily tasks and jump in wherever help is needed. Communicate clearly with managers and team members across multiple locations. Make sure important tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Identify problems or areas that need attention and take initiative to resolve them. Help coordinate the movement of supplies, equipment, products, or other items between locations as needed. The right person is someone who: Is extremely reliable and punctual. Has a valid driver's license and a dependable driving record. Is comfortable driving between multiple locations throughout the day. Is comfortable working early mornings and being available when stores need support. Communicates clearly and consistently. Is organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks. Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done. Can work independently while also being a strong team player. Has a strong sense of urgency and follows through on commitments. Is comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment. Pays attention to details and takes pride in doing things correctly. Is willing to get their hands dirty and help wherever needed. Schedule & Availability Early morning availability is required. Schedule may vary based on store and business needs. Must be willing to travel between Parlor Doughnuts locations. Weekend availability must be required.
