Cooper Logistics starts daily at 9:30 a.m. which is the earliest start time available for delivery drivers. We deliver Laguna Niguel, Dana Point & San Juan Capistrano. . •The most important thing to know about Delivery is the
EARLY START TIME.

WE ALSO START THE EARLIEST AND FINISH THE EARLIEST. 930
a.m. start time. Delivery Associates will operate transport vans customized to enhance the delivery experience. Packed with safety and accessibility features, Delivery Associates will be on the road, delivering packages throughout South Orange County.
Some Details:
Both full-time and part-time schedules available! This position includes paid training, paid time off, and health insurance benefits. In a normal day, you will deliver approximately 200-350 packages, but you will initially ramp up to that level over a 1-2 week period.
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, prepare, inspect, re-fuel and safely operate a delivery van. Deliver packages on varying routes to numerous addresses throughout South Orange County. Follow strict safety standards on and off the road. Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner. Use handheld technology to manage the delivery process, and vehicle safety & maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift packages (up to 70 lbs) and be able to get in and out of a van quickly/often throughout a route. Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less. Must consent to a 5 panel drug test, including DMV vehicle record check. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
