OC Delivery Direct LLC, an independent Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring dependable Delivery Drivers to deliver in Mission Viejo and nearby communities. No delivery experience is required. We provide paid training, a company delivery van, fuel, uniforms, a delivery device, and on-route support.

Starting pay:

$22.50 per hour, paid biweekly. Full-time drivers typically work four days per week, with shifts averaging approximately 10 hours. Why Join OC Delivery Direct?

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van and complete required vehicle inspections
• Load, organize, and deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Use a company-provided device for navigation, scanning, and communication
• Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, delivery instructions, and company policies
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Communicate with dispatch and assist teammates when route support is needed
• Work outdoors and remain active throughout the shift, including frequent entry into and exit from the van
• Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Basic Qualifications
• At least 21 years old
• Valid, non-provisional driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Acceptable driving record that meets company and program requirements
• Able to communicate effectively and use a smartphone-based delivery application
• Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in varying weather conditions
