Rec Rentals is seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time RV Delivery & Customer Support Associate for our Norco, CA location. This role is ideal for someone who already has towing experience and owns a capable truck , and is comfortable delivering travel trailers to campgrounds, RV parks, and private sites. Deliveries are a key part of this role. You will be responsible for transporting the trailer to the customer's destination, setting it up on-site, and ensuring all systems are properly connected and functioning. You will also meet customers to conduct RV walkthroughs and assist with pickups and returns. Key Responsibilities Tow travel trailers to customer-designated campsites, RV parks, and private locations Deliver, position, level, and fully set up the trailer on-site , including: Hitching and unhitching Electrical, water, and sewer hookups (when applicable) Basic propane system operation Conduct detailed customer walkthroughs covering: Trailer operation and safety features Rental guidelines and expectations Assist with customer pickups and returns when required Inspect trailers before and after rentals and report any issues or damage Maintain professional communication with customers and Rec Rentals management Required Qualifications Proven towing experience with trailers (RV, utility, boat, or similar) Must own a reliable truck capable of safely towing travel trailers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable towing on highways and maneuvering into campsites Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak travel days Ability to perform light physical work (leveling, hoses, cables, etc.) Preferred (Not Required) Prior RV delivery or campground setup experience Familiarity with weight distribution hitches and brake controllers Mechanical, maintenance, or handyman experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Mileage reimbursement for all deliveries and customer-related travel Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity for increased hours during peak season Work with a growing local RV rental business Why Work with Rec Rentals?
