Kairos Enterprises is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. We are looking for high-energy drivers with at least one year of driving experience to join our growing team. We pay $22

• 25/ hour, depending on the route you are assigned to.

Also, due to the exponential growth of e-commerce, experienced delivery drivers who can take a few more delivery stops can add to their pay by making per-stop bonuses. And we often have extra shifts available for anyone who wants to earn more. Drivers have the opportunity to move up to more challenging routes for higher pay. In your role as a FedEx driver, you would report to the FedEx Ground Terminal in Oceanside where you will take the pre-loaded truck, deliver and pick up packages before returning the truck to the terminal. You will be assigned a specific work area where you will be servicing every day.

Your responsibilities include:

scanning, delivering/picking up packages, pre and post-trip vehicle inspection daily, and superior customer service.

• 25 an hour depending on experience and the route you are assigned to.
• Guaranteed hours, even with low volume.

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DRIVER POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING

1) Driving experience of over one year 2) A valid regular driver's license 3) Legal status to work in the USA 4) Clean driving record (no DUIs, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in past 3 years. Minor tickets and accidents OK) 5) Clean criminal record (no major misdemeanors or felonies in past 10 years) 6) Able to pass a physical and drug screen (including marijuana) 7) Able to move packages that weigh up to 150lbs with the use of a handcart 8) Clear a 10 year DOT background check 9) Must have conversational English 10) Must be punctual, energetic, reliable, and honest 11) Must be at least 21 years of age 12) Must be available work Saturdays and Sundays We believe the candidates that fit well with our company will have a rewarding experience with us.
