Delivery Driver/Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations. This role requires strong driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with delivery. All drivers must have a TRUCK!!! Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling of items during transit. Perform heavy lifting as required, maintaining safety protocols at all times. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance. Communicate effectively with other employees and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage. Skills Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Experience with heavy lifting and moving items safely is essential. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards. Forklift operation experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
