We're looking for a friendly, dependable Delivery Driver who enjoys being on the road, staying active, and delivering great service along with every order. In this role, you'll safely transport plants, patio furniture, and garden essentials while ensuring each delivery arrives on time and ready to inspire. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Safely operate company vehicles to deliver a little piece of the garden to our customers' homes through scheduled local deliveries Load, unload, and carefully secure plants, pottery, and outdoor living products for safe transport Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and road-ready; report any maintenance needs promptly Ensure each delivery arrives at the right place, at the right time, and in perfect condition Double-check orders for accuracy and quality—because every plant and product matters Assemble outdoor living products such as patio furniture and barbecues to help customers create their ideal outdoor space When you're not on the road, you'll help keep the nursery thriving by: Assisting customers with product selection, plant care tips, and general questions Stocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and helping maintain a beautifully organized store Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling transactions accurately Supporting store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards Delivering friendly, knowledgeable service that makes every customer feel welcome Maintain a neat, professional appearance that reflects our garden-inspired environment Requirements include: General knowledge of plants and outdoor living products (or a willingness to learn and grow) A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (held for at least 3 years) Must be 21 years of age or older Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Dependable, punctual, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Salary Range $18.00 - $28.50 This position requires some schedule flexibility, including overtime and weekend availability. It may also require prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting (50lbs) and climbing at various heights and working in all types of weather.
