Enhanced Logistics LLC is seeking reliable and safety-focused Delivery Associates to deliver packages to customers throughout the assigned delivery area. Successful Delivery Associates are comfortable working independently, communicating with customers and support teams, following safety procedures, and working in a fast-paced environment. Safety is a top priority. Delivery Associates are expected to follow all applicable laws, driving regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company delivery vehicle and perform required vehicle safety inspections. Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle. Deliver packages accurately and on time. Follow all local and state laws, road regulations, and company policies. Provide professional customer service. Communicate effectively with the support team to resolve delivery issues and complete routes. Use a company-provided smartphone/handheld device for navigation, package scanning, timekeeping, and communication. Work in various weather conditions and on different delivery routes. Frequently lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Frequently tilt, push, and slide packages weighing approximately 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper. Repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the workday. Participate in rescue/support routes when additional assistance is needed. Follow all workplace health and safety requirements. Schedule 10-hour shifts are typical. A 2- or 5-day workweek is typical, depending on position and business needs. Full-time schedules may include a rotating schedule. Daytime shifts are typical, with potential opportunities for additional shifts based on business needs. Weekend work and overtime may be required based on business needs. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old . Must hold a valid, unrestricted, non-provisional driver's license. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

•Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Ability to understand and follow written instructions, safety procedures, and company policies. Prior commercial, DOT, CDL, or work-related driving experience is a plus but is not required. Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements This position requires employees to perform physical activities throughout the workday, including: Frequently push, pull, tilt, and slide packages weighing approximately 50-70 lbs. using a hand truck. Frequently lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Repeatedly getting in and out of a delivery vehicle. Walking and standing for extended periods.
