About the Position Enhanced Logistics LLC is hiring Seasonal Delivery Associates to join our delivery team during the busy holiday season. As a Delivery Associate, you will operate a company-provided delivery vehicle and safely deliver packages to residential and commercial customers. This position requires reliable attendance, safe driving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle Complete package deliveries accurately and within required delivery windows Load, unload, organize, and transport packages Follow company safety policies, delivery procedures, and applicable laws Follow navigation, delivery instructions, and customer notes Use a handheld device for navigation, package scanning, timekeeping, communication, and delivery-related tasks Provide professional and courteous customer service Perform vehicle inspections and report vehicle safety or maintenance concerns Work safely in varying weather and road conditions Maintain accurate delivery and timekeeping records Communicate with supervisors, dispatch/support teams, and customers when necessary Follow all company policies and procedures Schedule Seasonal schedule with approximately 20-40 hours per week Typical shifts are approximately 10 hours 4- or 5-day workweeks may be scheduled depending on business needs Weekend work may be required Overtime may be required based on business needs Actual hours and schedules may vary and are not guaranteed Physical Requirements The position requires the ability, with or without reasonable accommodation , to: Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds Push, pull, tilt, or slide packages weighing approximately 50-70 pounds using a hand truck or other appropriate equipment Repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle Walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb stairs during the workday Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Safely operate a delivery vehicle and perform delivery-related tasks Reasonable accommodations may be available for qualified individuals with disabilities. The anticipated seasonal assignment is through approximately January 15, 2027 , but the assignment may end earlier or be extended depending on business needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee a specific number of hours or continued employment after the seasonal assignment.
