Triangle Lawn Games is looking for dependable, friendly operators to deliver and set up yard games for parties, weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings throughout the Philadelphia area. You'll help bring events to life with cornhole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, and other crowd favorites. The current opportunity focuses on deliveries, setup, pickups, and great customer service. For someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, it could also be a starting point toward building an independent event business through our upcoming Independent Event Provider opportunity. What You'll Do Pick up games and equipment from a local storage location. Load, transport, deliver, and set up games at event locations. Return after events to collect and return equipment. Meet customers for pickup orders and help load their games. Keep equipment clean, organized, complete, and ready for the next event. Coordinate delivery and pickup details with customers. Get firsthand exposure to event rentals, customer relationships, and local operations. Compensation is based on completed orders rather than a fixed hourly wage. Actual hourly earnings vary with the order, travel, and time required. Booking volume varies. What You'll Need A valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and active auto insurance. A reliable personal vehicle with room to safely transport games; an SUV, truck, or roomy sedan is preferred. Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing approximately 30-50 pounds. Dependability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills. A friendly, professional approach to customer service. A home base in or near North or South Philadelphia. Delivery, event, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful. We're especially interested in people who communicate well, follow through, and care about getting the details right. As Philadelphia transitions, there may be an opportunity to move beyond fulfilling orders and take on broader business ownership responsibilities—managing customer relationships, equipment, bookings, and local growth—with access to TLG's marketplace, marketing, booking and payment tools, and support resources. This would be a separate independent business arrangement with its own agreement, responsibilities, expenses, and compensation structure.
