Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols Load and unload merchandise, often requiring heavy lifting and physical stamina Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring timely deliveries Use organizational skills to plan efficient routes and manage delivery schedules effectively Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation for each trip Communicate clearly with dispatchers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered during routes Requirements Valid commercial driver's license Experience in commercial driving or route driving preferred Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift Organizational skills to plan routes efficiently and manage multiple deliveries seamlessly Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and reliability Knowledge of merchandising practices and sales techniques is advantageous Join us as a Delivery Driver and become an essential part of our team dedicated to delivering quality service with energy and enthusiasm!
