Job Description The Kana Company is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant / Delivery Driver to join our licensed cannabis dispensary team. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, stocking the sales floor, preparing deliveries, and transporting cannabis products safely while ensuring compliance with all California regulations. Candidates should be reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory. Stock shelves and replenish products throughout the day. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies. Prepare orders and package products for delivery. Safely complete deliveries while following all company policies and state regulations. Maintain delivery manifests and accurate inventory records. Keep the stockroom, delivery vehicle, and work areas clean and organized. Assist with inventory audits and compliance inspections. Report inventory, compliance, or security concerns immediately. Support store operations and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 21 years of age or older. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using POS and inventory systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Cannabis industry or inventory experience preferred. Willing to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule. Regular attendance required.
