As a delivery associate, you'll drive a company-branded van, stay active, work independently, and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers packages to customers in your community every day. Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record. Use hand held devices for routing information as well as customer delivery information. Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Must be comfortable driving and working at night. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Lift packages up to 50 lbs. Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift Operate a mid-size van. Qualifications Eligible to work in the U.S. Valid Driver License Must be at least 21 years old Willing to undergo background check Must have a clean driving record Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (THC is ok) Must work one weekend day Compensation & Benefits $22.25/ Hour (Starting) Paid Training Paid Overtime $33.38 Paid Time Off Company weekly bonuses
