We currently do deliveries for Costco and Lowe's running 6 days a week. Your pay for the week would be 1,200 (200 a day) plus weekly bonuses, plus tips. Weekly bonuses are based off reviews. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate various delivery routes effectively. some days are long and items such as refrigerators are heavy and must be carried into the house using shoulder straps. We only install basic appliances such as washers, dryers, fridges, and ranges. All other appliances such as dishwashers, wall ovens, cook tops, microwaves, and vent hoods will be drop off only. Due to the amount of damage claims received this job is only for people with prior experience in appliance delivery. I repeat, experience is required. we supply shoulder straps, Dollie's, ratchet straps, and scuff shields. All personal tools must be supplied by you. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated customers Execute route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care during transit. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely preparation of orders for delivery. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Ability to install basic appliances such as: refrigerators, stoves, washer and dryers. Double checking your work to ensure there is no water leaks, gas leaks to prevent paying damage claims to customers homes. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a delivery driver is required Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and problem-solving. Experience with route driving or courier services is beneficial. Must be able to lift heavy items and perform manual labor as needed during deliveries. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
