Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver to join our team! Marco's Pizza Delivery Driver's are responsible for ensuring the full product matches the customers receipt and delivering it to the customer and returning to the store. Drivers also are responsible for helping inside the store such as: making the food, food prep, dishes, sweeping and mopping, and/or any other tasks assigned by the Manager on shift. In this role, you will be the friendly face of Marco's delivering products directly to customers while ensuring timely and accurate service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create positive experiences for our customers while supporting the smooth operation of our delivery process. Responsibilities Safely operate your vehicle to deliver products to customers within our delivery radius Follow delivery routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations Communicate clearly with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including lifting when necessary Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety inspections before and after shifts Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Helping on Make-Line/ Cut-Table when needed Requirements Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report Strong knowledge of route driving, traffic laws, and safety procedures Basic math skills for handling pricing, and counting back cash Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Organizational skills to manage delivery schedules efficiently and accurately We value discipline, reliability, and a strong work ethic Join us as a Delivery Driver and become an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional service and product!
