In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting products, engaging with clients, and ensuring timely deliveries that exceed expectations. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and automobiles, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at multiple warehouses or client locations Load, unload, and secure freight with proper heavy lifting techniques to prevent damage or injury Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and team members to confirm delivery details and address any concerns Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report any mechanical issues promptly Organize daily delivery schedules, maintain accurate records of deliveries, and manage route documentation effectively Requirements Valid driver's license (CDL) or equivalent with a clean driving record Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper procedures Knowledge of DOT regulations, safe lifting practices, and heavy lifting techniques Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Organizational skills to manage schedules, route planning, and documentation efficiently Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise meets exceptional customer service!
