Vibhuti Inc. - Local Denver, CO Vibhuti Inc ., a leading independent service provider for FedEx Ground, is seeking reliable and safety-focused delivery drivers to join our team. Compensation & Benefits Competitive daily pay: $190-200/day Weekly direct deposit Paid training with full support from experienced trainers Medical insurance and 401(k) after 90 days Referral program and performance bonuses Company-provided vehicles, fuel, and uniforms Career advancement opportunities (Lead Driver, Trainer, Management roles) Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to complete assigned FedEx Ground routes Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Local Denver and surrounding areas. Load and unload packages up to 75 lbs (heavier packages with equipment assistance) Follow delivery schedules, traffic laws, and all safety procedures Maintain communication with dispatch regarding progress or issues Ensure vehicles remain clean, safe, and properly inspected Candidate Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical (all company-paid) Consistent reliability and ability to work weekends as required Physically capable of safely handling packages up to 75 lbs Previous delivery driver, courier, or logistics experience is preferred but not required Additional Opportunities Travel driver roles with lodging and transportation provided Overtime and peak-season incentive pay Long-term growth opportunities within the FedEx Ground system
